The Modern Club Supports The Hummingbird Garden At The Horticultural Center

The Modern Club celebrated Shakespeare's birthday at Sweetbriar, and the event was hosted by Samuel Breck. George Mulford and Mr. and Mrs. Bohden Senkow of Player's Club of Swarthmore read works of Shakespeare. Bohden Senkow enjoys the honor of being the head of the theater department at Widener University. The group enjoyed a luncheon, birthday song and cake. William Shakespeare is 445 years old.
